* Offer valid for events held January 2, 2013 – March 31, 2013.

* Offer NOT valid during Weekday Daytime rentals, or Holidays.

** Must use at least one Decatur House Preferred Vendor to get discount or regular rates will apply.



Discounted Rates for January – March 2013 are as follows:


Weekday Evening (Monday – Thursday)

  • 7 Hour Block: $4,750 (Private/ Corporate) / $3,800 (Non-Profit)


Weekend (Friday – Sunday)

  • 8 Hour Block: $6,930 (Private/ Corporate) / $5,130 (Non-Profit)

  • 10 Hour Block: $7,980 (Private/ Corporate) / $5,980 (Non-Profit)

  • 12 Hour Block: $10,450 (Private/ Corporate) / $7,800 (Non-Profit)


Historic Entertaining Parlors:

  • 7 Hour Block: $5,890 (Private/ Corporate) / $4,415 (Non-Profit)
