The First White House Automobile: Christmas Card

The first White House automobile was introduced by President William Howard Taft in 1909 and inspired this holiday greeting card. The card features a new whimsical drawing by artist John Hutton depicting President and Mrs. Taft enroute to deliver Christmas presents. Their chauffeur, George H. Robinson is at the wheel as their dog Caruso chases the car. This special card is perfect for annual Christmas greetings and well wishes. Greeting inside: "Holiday Greetings." 16 cards with envelopes. 5" x 7"
