Title: The Carter Family in the President's Dining Room

Description: Mrs. Carter returned the 19th century French wallpaper depicting the American Revolution to the President’s Dining Room on the second floor. During the Ford administration the wallpaper had been removed and the walls painted yellow. Clockwise from the top: Mrs. Carter, a family friend, daughter Amy Carter, mother-in-law Lillian Carter, daughter-in-law Judy Carter, son Chip Carter, and granddaughter Sarah Carter. The Carters were parents to four children.
