Title: The Eisenhowers and the King and Queen of Denmark

Description: President and Mrs. Eisenhower pose with King Frederik and Queen Ingrid of Denmark before a state dinner given in honor of the royal couple’s visit in 1960. They are in the Blue Room surrounded by military aides. Because of the expansion of air travel, the Eisenhowers entertained more heads of state than any previous administration.
