Title: Oil Portrait of William Henry Harrison

Description: William Henry Harrison was a frontier hero famed for his victory at the battle of Tippecanoe. On March 4, 1841 President Harrison caught cold at his inauguration and died of pneumonia on April 4th, exactly one month after he took office. Harrison was the first president to die in office, the first to lie in state at the White House, and the first to have a grandson, Benjamin Harrison, become president.
