Title: War Room, McKinley Administration

Description: McKinley used this telegraph room as his “War Room” during the Spanish American War. Maps recorded the movements of troops and supplies with pins. Benjamin F. Montgomery, seated at the telegraph table to the left, was in charge of the top-secret communications room.
