Food Preparations in White House Kitchen

This photograph of the White House chefs preparing food was taken in April 1970 by Joseph J. Scherschel during the administration of Richard M. Nixon. Here, White House Executive Chef Henry Haller plates a dish while Eserline Dewberry, Franklin Blair, and Hans Raffert work across from him. The White House Kitchen is located on the Ground Floor of the Executive Mansion.
