Second Floor Corridor During Bush Administration

Creator: Jack E. Boucher, Historic American Buildings Survey, 1991.

The second floor corridor during the Bush Administration was cheerful with its bright yellow walls. Mary Cassatt's painting, Young Mother and Two Children, can be seen on the wall to the left. In September 1989, President and Mrs. George H. W. Bush gave a televised tour of the White House private quarters on the second and third floors.
