Teresa Carlson serves as the President and Chief Growth Officer at Splunk, leading efforts to align and drive ongoing business transformations across Splunk's worldwide go-to-market segments. Prior to Splunk, she served as Vice President, Worldwide Public Sector and Industries at Amazon Web Services (AWS), founding AWS's Worldwide Public Sector business and spearheading AWS’s education, diversity, and nonprofit initiatives. Teresa holds a B.A. and M.S. from Western Kentucky University.
