Courtney joined the Association in 2007 and is responsible for leading the education department in providing and creating programs and content for students, teachers, and families on White House related topics. Her previous experience includes work with Dumbarton House, the Washington National Cathedral, and the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. She holds a masters degree in Museum Education from The George Washington University and serves as a mentor to current graduate students. She also holds a BA from Susquehanna University in History with teacher certification in Social Studies for grades 7-12.
