Howard Kessler pioneered the concept of the affinity credit card with MBNA in 1982. He is an active philanthropist supporting a wide range of causes. Michele Kessler serves on numerous non-profit boards, including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the American Ireland Fund, and is Chairman of the Board of the Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society, Chairman of South Florida PBS and Co-Chair of Massachusetts General Hospital’s Leadership Council for Psychiatry.
