A third-generation Washingtonian, Pam’s interest in White House history was borne from stories of her ancestors’ involvement with presidents and politics. Now a freelance writer, Pam spent more than 20 years at Marriott International, most recently as Digital Managing Editor. Her work as a creative director for major advertising agencies won prestigious industry accolades, including a place in the Clio Hall of Fame. Pam is a community advocate and founder of a non-profit organization focused on creating walkable neighborhoods and served as Chair of the Montgomery County Board for Pedestrian and Traffic Safety. Pam has a daughter and lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
