Phil G. Busey, Sr. is the Chairman and CEO of DRG. The Oklahoma City-based global aerospace/defense contractor was founded in 2002 by Phil and his wife, Cathy. He is an AV rated attorney. The Busey’s, married 45 years, have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, he is an advocate for minority small business and Native American tribal economic partnerships and cultural inclusion. He received his BA from Oklahoma City University and JD from OCU School of Law. He is an OCU Trustee and has received numerous business, leadership and community awards and induction into OCU’s Oklahoma Commerce and Industry Hall of Honor. The Buseys co-founded El Sistema Oklahoma, an after-school program for social change through music, for over 200 underserved children.
