Rebecca Reyes is President and CEO of BecTec Construction Resources LLC. She has served in multiple roles within state and national government, including as aide to the Appointments Secretary to President Carter. She self-published her first cookbook, “Fajita Fiesta” in 1985, and second cookbook in 1996. In 2020, Rebecca published a children’s book with her granddaughters titled “Can You See What I See? Can I See What You See?” that focuses on teaching perspectives, points of view, and interpretations. Born and raised in Baytown, Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Texas. She is the mother of 3 children and grandmother to 6 currently dividing her time between Austin and Houston.
