Robert Kaplan is a leading plaintiff’s litigator and has led the prosecution of numerous antitrust and securities fraud actions. He is active in a number of bar and legal committees including the Eastern District of New York’s Courts Committee on Civil Litigation, and the Federal Bar Council. Kaplan sits on the boards of several organizations, including the Columbia Law School Board of Visitors, Board of Directors of the Carver Center in Port Chester, N.Y., Dana Farber Visiting Committee, Thoracic Oncology in Boston, MA, (in connection with he is funding small cell lung cancer research) and President of the Rye Historical Society. He resides in Rye, New York with his wife Debra Stokes-Kaplan.
