Sarah Fullinwider Perot is an active community volunteer and fundraiser for the arts. She currently serves as President of the Sarah and Ross Perot, Jr. Foundation which focuses on education, basic human need and patriotic philanthropy. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, she is a member of the Board of Trustees where she serves on the executive board of the Meadows School of the Arts. Mrs. Perot is Chairman of the Blair House Foundation and a member of the board for the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C.

Mrs. Perot previously served on the Executive Board for the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, during the campaign to raise $300 million dollars for construction of the nationally acclaimed performing arts complex. In addition, she was a member of the Dallas Symphony Association Board of Governors and served on the boards of the East West Institute in New York City; the Global Fund for Children in Washington, D.C.; the Thomas Jefferson Foundation at Monticello; and the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at the University of Texas at Austin.

Mrs. Perot’s service to her community was recognized when she was awarded the TACA Silver Cup Award for her contributions to the arts in North Texas. She was also the recipient of the 2016 SMU Distinguished Alumni Award.

Sarah and her husband, Ross Perot, Jr., have two sons and two daughters.
