The Builders - Green Room, George W. Bush Administration

This image depicts the Green Room of the White House during the administration of President George W. Bush. The Green Room is decorated in the Federal style and much of the furniture is attributed to New York cabinetmaker Duncan Phyfe. The painting The Builders by Jacob Lawrence can be seen hanging on the wall above the table in this 2007 photograph.
