Andre Dowell
Director of Development
Andre Dowell, a Kentucky native, has served as the Director of Development for The White House Historical Association since March 2023 and has previously been a fundraiser for various institutions. He is a collegiate scholar who received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Western Kentucky University while also engaging in a Distinguished Minority Graduate Fellowship. Andre enjoys spending time with his family and friends and attending church. He loves traveling, engaging in philanthropic service, and being active with his alma mater alumni association. Creative & Innovative Fundraiser Andre has a passion for fundraising & philanthropy and strives to make the White House Historical Association stronger.
