Fazal Ohab
Director of Operations
Fazal joined the association in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry to this new role. Initially, started as the Administrative Officer, before being promoted to Director of Operation in 2022. Fazal held several management roles in prominent hospitality establishments before joining the association. He last served as the Operations Manager at The National 4-H Conference Center. Before that, he worked in various management capacities at well-known establishments such as the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel, The Aruba Grand Beach Resort and Casino, and RIU Palace Aruba. These roles provided him with a broad understanding of hotel and resort operations, guest services, and team management.
