Luke Boorady
Director of Museum Development and Experience
Luke Boorady spent the summers of 2018 and 2019 as an intern in the Association’s Office of the President. In Fall 2019, he began a 1-year graduate fellowship at the Association before joining full time as the Director of Projects, Partnerships, and Initiatives in May 2020. After working at a DC based exhibit design firm, Luke rejoined WHHA as the Director of Museum Development and Experience. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Political Science, Leadership & Change, and War & Society from Virginia Tech in 2019. He received his Master of Arts in Public History from American University in 2021. Luke is a native of Northern New Jersey, with recent ties to Raleigh, North Carolina.
