Warren G. Harding

This engraving of President Warren G. Harding was produced by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Harding served as 29th president of the United States from 1921-1923. Before the presidency, Harding had worked as a newspaper publisher, and later served as lieutenant governor and United States Senator for the state of Ohio. While in San Francisco, on a tour of the Western United States, Harding died of a heart attack.
