This 2010 digital image by Bruce White depicts Aaron Shikler's 1987 portrait of First Lady Nancy Reagan wearing red, her favorite color. The portrait is shown while on display in the Ground Floor Corridor of the White House. In 1902 First Lady Edith Roosevelt first suggested the display of first lady portraits in the Ground Floor Corridor.
