President Biden Speaks at Obamas' Portrait Unveiling

On that day, President Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden welcomed former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama at the unveiling ceremony of the Obamas' official White House portraits. President Biden spoke at the ceremony, following opening remarks given by John F. W. Rogers, chairman of the Board of Directors at the White House Historical Association. The ceremony took place in the East Room of the White House.
